Personal Driver

Job Descriptions

• Serve as the dedicated Personal Driver to the Director.
• Provide safe, comfortable and punctual transportation.
• Plan efficient routes based on traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous conduct at all times.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs when required.
• Safeguard confidential documents and items during transit.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with the Director, employees and external parties.
• Work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director & Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a personal or company driver.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license with a good driving record.
• Comfortable and experienced in driving electric vehicles.
• Familiar with routes throughout Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Seremban.
• Confident in using GPS and navigation applications.
• Honest, trustworthy, responsive, hardworking and highly disciplined.
• Consistently punctual, responsible and dependable.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
