We are looking for a skilled and experienced Security & Safety Officer to be part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage control room operations, ensuring the integrity and functionality of CCTV, alarm, and access control systems. You will coordinate with technical suppliers and contractors for system maintenance and upgrades to ensure uninterrupted security monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems to identify and respond to suspicious activities or safety risks in real time.
• Serve as the central point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with onsite teams and emergency services to ensure a rapid response.
• Manage site access by verifying credentials and updating system permissions to align with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain detailed logs of all security incidents and alarms to support internal investigations and compliance reporting.
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure all cameras and security software are fully operational and report any technical faults immediately.
• Oversee contractors during the installation, repair, or removal of security systems to ensure the work meets company standards.
• Provide input on security layouts for new site openings or renovations to ensure optimal camera placement and coverage.
• Handle surveillance footage securely and in accordance with privacy laws to ensure it is available for evidence when required.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the installation and operational management of integrated security systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and the installation of physical safes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage stakeholders and external vendors.
• Proven ability to provide professional technical consultation on security infrastructure for new projects and renovations.
