Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Leverage a Diploma and 3-5 years of relevant HR experience to contribute to VCG's continued success and expansion.

Design and execute effective Performance Management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance appraisals, to drive employee development and productivity.
