Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for creating, planning, and implementing sales strategies and business development initiatives throughout the Southeast Asia region. This role is accountable for achieving regional sales targets, driving sales efficiency, expanding market opportunities, and leading, mentoring, and developing the Southeast Asia sales team.

Key Responsibilities

·      Establish sales targets aligned with regional business objectives.

·      Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue goals.

·      Develop new markets and customer opportunities throughout Southeast Asia.

·      Build key customer relationships and supportafter-sales initiatives.

·      Participate in budgeting, marketing, and sales process development.

·      Coach, mentor, and develop the regional sales team.

Required Qualifications

·      8–10 years in the power transmission industry.

·      Minimum 5 years of Dodge product experience.

·      Strong communication and organizational skills.

·      Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements

·      40–60% travel throughout Southeast Asia.

·      Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

·      Ability to work in industrial environments and climb structures as needed.
