Job Description

• Last Mile (LM) & Warehouse (WH) Operational Improvement

  Identify productivity, cost, service, and process gaps across LM/WH operations; drive improvement projects end-to-end, from root-cause analysis to pilot and scale.

• Blue-Collar Workforce Management

  Support manpower planning, productivity and incentive design, workforce models, and partner/operator frameworks; contribute to performance management of the frontline workforce.

• AI & Automation

  Scan operations for manual or repetitive workflows; explore and pilot how AI agents and automation can improve analysis, decision-making, and execution.

• Problem Solving & Project Work

  Structure ambiguous problems, analyse data, develop and test solutions, and support regional roll-out.

• PMO & Delivery

  Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country initiatives; track milestones and dependencies; surface risks, drive follow-ups, and keep projects moving to closure.

• Regional Alignment

  Work closely with local Ops, Product, Tech, Data, and other regional teams to align direction and translate regional initiatives into on-the-ground execution.

• Management Support

  Consolidate updates, develop recommendations, and provide clear visibility on key initiatives and issues for management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required

• Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience, excluding internships and part-time

• Experience in at least one of the following topics: Revenue Planning, Cost Optimisation, or Pricing strategy

• Proficient in SQL

• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills; comfortable with data tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets) and turning data into decisions.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional or cross-country projects, with solid project and stakeholder management.

• Clear, concise communicator, able to influence at all levels and prepare management-ready updates.

• Data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
