Job Description

  • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Optimise algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
  • Document processes and methodologies for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Machine Learning Engineer Should Have

  • A strong background in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience in machine learning libraries and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience or good knowledge in Agentic AI , RAG etc
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
