Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise network operations across SD-WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice, Collaboration, and NAC technologies.
Drive network transformation, automation, and technology refresh initiatives.
Provide technical consultancy and develop solutions for complex network requirements.
Lead incident resolution, service management, and vendor coordination to ensure operational excellence.
Support large-scale network projects and ensure timely delivery.
Implement and maintain automation using Ansible, Python, and related tools.
Requirements
6-10 years of experience in Network Operations within a multi-vendor environment.
Strong expertise in at least two areas: Network Security, SD-WAN, LAN/Wireless, Voice & Collaboration, NAC, or Network Automation.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Versa, ISE, ClearPass, and related networking technologies.
Knowledge of cloud networking and network architecture design.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Python.
Relevant certifications (Cisco, Aruba, Versa, etc.) preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
