Responsibilities
Responsible for handle enquiries and understand customers’ needs and expectations, prepare quotations, contracts and event orders
Solicit any catering and event business opportunities with existing or potential guests
Prepare Weekly Events Forecasts and other supporting documents
Ensure the timely follow-up and pursuit of strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders in order to drive the highest levels of guest satisfaction
Conduct site inspection and presentation in a professional manner
Work closely with Sales & Marketing, and F&B departments to ensure the accounts from the events are consolidated and reconciled
Maintain intelligent client database and be able to make the best use of database to achieve targets
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Catering Management or related discipline
Minimum 3 year experience in hotel operations / catering sales
Self-motivated and organized
Good presentation and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
