Develop, gain approval for, and manage the roadmap for the Business Banking Loan Origination System (LOS). Drive delivery and enhancement of the LOS by translating business, credit and regulatory requirements into effective system solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating business, credit, and regulatory requirements into effective system solutions, driving projects end-to-end, and providing clear, actionable updates to senior management.

This role is critical in digitizing Business Banking journeys, improving turnaround time, strengthening controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance at scale.

Job Description:

Primary Role: Product Ownership & Project Delivery

• Own LOS roadmap, requirements, and prioritisation aligned to business and credit strategy.
• Translate business, credit, risk, and regulatory needs into functional specs and system solutions.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery (requirements → build → UAT → deployment).
• Coordinate Business, Credit, Risk, Ops, Compliance, Tech, and vendors.
• Perform or support basic scripting / rule configuration / system logic to enable automation and STP.

Secondary Role – Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Prepare management decks, project status updates, and steering materials.
• Act as key liaison between business users and technology teams.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and governance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management, business analysis, or system / project delivery roles gained from banking, fintech, management consulting
• Proven experience working on enterprise systems involving workflows, rules engines, decisioning, onboarding, or process automation
• Strong ability to bridge business and technology, translating business, credit, risk, and regulatory needs into system solutions.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects or products delivered end‑to‑end in a structured, governance‑driven environment with effective stakeholder management skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable with basic scripting, rules configuration, SQL, or system logic (hands‑on coding not required, but must be able to understand, review, and challenge logic).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to prepare management decks and executive‑level updates.
