Job Title – Account Assistant cum Admin

We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant Executive to support the accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist with basic accounting tasks, maintain organized filing systems, and provide general office support. Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Good attention to detail, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.

Job Description, Responsibility, and tasks:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Maintain accounting records and organise payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

• Manage daily office administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation.

• Maintain proper records of staff claims and expense reimbursements.

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents, payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
