We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to develop business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding the business portfolio.
• Prepare and present solution proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver effective solutions.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience managing and growing customer accounts.
• Prior experience working with government sector clients is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close deals.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
