Our client is a top-ranking security agency in Singapore with 34 years of industry experience who manages over 100 security assignments island-wide. They prioritize service quality and reliability, aiming to be a trusted partner in addressing evolving security challenges.

Job Description:

• Propose and promote security guard dispatch services to corporate clients
• Expand business with existing clients (mainly Japanese companies)
• Actively develop new clients, especially local (non-Japanese) companies
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
• Conduct cold calls, walk-in sales, and sales via referrals
• Provide tailored proposals for new customers based on their needs
• Respond promptly to client inquiries or complaints and relay information internally
• Negotiate contract renewals and pricing with existing customers
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in sales of intangible products/services
• Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (own vehicle is a plus)
• No academic qualifications required (IT knowledge is an advantage)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation:

• Working location: Jurong East
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (2 days WFH a week)
• Basic + Sales commission
• Performance bonus
• Annual leave: 14 days in first year; +1 day/year up to max 28 days
• Insurance: Medical insurance
• Additional support: fuel + ERP reimbursement when using personal car
