willingness to work under pressure We are looking for experienced candidates to take up the role of Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency professional in KL.

• Minimum education: Diploma and above.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Required skills: Insolvency Law Knowledge, Financial Analysis, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to detail 

• problem solving and analytical skills

• proactive in updating skills and knowledge regarding insolvency

• able to independently complete tasks

• willingness to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines

• Support the team in liquidation cases (CVL, MVL, Court Liquidations)

• Receivership administration

• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of cases from initiation to closure

• Ensuring timely and compliant filinf of statutory documents with CCM and court.

• Advising clients on matters regarding corporate restructuring, insolvency and winding up proceedings.

• Conduct legal and financial analysis in order to advice clients on the best course of action.

• Liaising with various stakeholders.

• Staying up to date with the latest regulations and practices.
