Receptionist / Sales Consultant

Full-time · SGD 2,500 during probation, SGD 3,000 after probation + sales commission

About us
ATP is a boutique personal training studio in the CBD. We’re hiring a Receptionist / Sales Consultant to be the first person every client meets and to help with new client sign up.

What you’ll do

• Welcome and check in clients, hand them over to their coach, and keep the front desk, hospitality station and facility at a premium standard
• Respond to enquiries on WhatsApp, phone, email and from walk-ins quickly and professionally
• Run sales consultations and gym tours (all by appointment only, no cold selling), close personal training packages, and set new clients up in our system
• Manage bookings, cancellations, payments and daily sales reconciliation in MindBody
• Keep the sales dashboard accurate and report daily on leads, consults and closes
• Follow up open leads and stay in touch with new clients through their first weeks

Requirements

• Sales experience, or confidence running sales conversations and closing.
• An active, healthy lifestyle; you’ll represent the ATP brand on the floor every day and train at ATP as part of the role
• Completion of the ATP Personal Training Sales Training programme, with participation in weekly sales training
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or front desk work
• Organised, reliable and comfortable with booking and payment systems
• Happy to answer client messages occasionally outside shift hours

What you get

• Basic salary of SGD 2,500 during the 3-month probation, rising to SGD 3,000 after
• Commission: 2% on personal training packages and 20% on supplements
• Full sales training through the ATP sales programme
• Training at ATP
• Group medical insurance after probation
• 5-day week, 7am–4 pm, with one weekday and one weekend day off

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
