Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve matcha lattes, milk teas and other beverages according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Whisk and prepare quality matcha with attention to taste, texture, colour and presentation.
• Operate beverage equipment and maintain consistency in every cup served.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, including explaining our matcha selections and recommending drinks.
• Take customer orders and handle POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the beverage preparation counter and throughout the café.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Follow food safety procedures and proper storage practices for tea, milk and other ingredients.
• Support daily café operations, opening and closing duties, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• No prior barista experience is required; training will be provided.
• Experience in a café, beverage shop or F&B environment is an advantage.
• Passion for beverages, Japanese tea or matcha is a plus.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn, follow recipes and maintain high quality standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the roster.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
