Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store activities.
Welcome, approach and engage customers with a friendly attitude.
Introduce and recommend products according to customers' needs.
Assist customers with product enquiries and purchasing decisions.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are neatly displayed.
Organise and replenish stocks to ensure the store is well-stocked.
Ensure smooth daily operations and good customer service standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience.
Experience in fashion, apparel or event industries will be an advantage.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
