Requirements:

• Degree holders in Electrical / Electronic / Building Service Engineering

• Preferably relevant E&M working experience.

• Good communications and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in PC application & technical drafting skill (MS Office and AutoCAD).

• Applicants with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Service Engineer.

• Immediate available candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.

• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) will be an advantage.
  
  

Service Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead service team operations and workflow, ensuring high-quality, on-time service delivery to clients.

• Develop preventative maintenance strategies and provide direct technical support and solutions to end-users.

• Execute equipment testing, troubleshooting, and on-site rectification to resolve system issues promptly.

• Conduct root-cause investigations into operational anomalies, implementing optimized solutions to maximize equipment performance and reliability.

• Provide emergency call-out support as required to maintain continuous client operations.

  
  

Assistant Engineer Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site engineering operations, including the installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair of UPS systems, CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units, Electrical Distribution and infrastructure monitoring systems.

• Execute assigned technical tasks, encompassing routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Provide emergency response support, attending to critical call-outs to minimize system downtime.
