Who You Are

• Minimum of SPM or Diploma.

• At least one year of customer service experience is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive attitude toward tracking, follow-ups and being a good teammate.

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys problem-solving.

• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data tracking; possess a forward-thinking “AI adoption” mindset to embrace and leverage new tools for process optimization.

• Prior experience or understanding of logistics and last-mile transportation is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• This role operates on a rostered shift basis between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Candidates must be comfortable and willing to work shifts that fall on weekends and Public Holidays.

What You Will Deliver

• Project & Fleet Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and our delivery fleet across various enterprise projects, ensuring seamless and timely execution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Singapore-based operations team to bridge operational gaps and streamline daily workflows.

• Omnichannel Support: Resolve end-consumer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly and empathetically via WhatsApp, phone, and email.

• Process Documentation: Design, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both new and existing projects to ensure service consistency.

• Ad-Hoc Support: Tackle spontaneous challenges and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support business growth.
