• Gather project requirements from clients and the internal project team to define an effective work plan for smooth delivery.
• Plan, track, and monitor the overall project schedule to ensure key outputs and milestones are achieved on time.
• Act as the primary communication link between project stakeholders, internal teams, and clients regarding project progress.
• Monitor internal order issues, coordinate necessary follow-ups, and proactively resolve any project-related concerns.
• Organize, coordinate, and attend project meetings with relevant stakeholders to report on overall project progress.
• Prepare formal project documentation and correspondence, including meeting agendas and minutes.

• Possess a Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in project management or customer servicing is highly preferred.
• Customer-oriented professional with strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated individual who is willing to walk the extra mile to meet challenging business targets.
• Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and innovative mindset to meet corporate business needs.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
