Perform QA/QC inspections for Civil, Structural and Architectural works

• ⁠ ⁠Review method statements, ITPs, material submissions, inspection requests and quality records
• ⁠ ⁠Verify incoming materials, workmanship and site installation quality
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate inspections with the client, consultants, RTOs and subcontractors
• ⁠ ⁠Track and close NCRs, defects and punch-list items
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and Singapore standards

Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil, Structural or related Engineering discipline

• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of C&S/CSA quality management experience
• ⁠ ⁠Familiar with civil-work materials, construction methods, standards and specifications
• ⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures and documentation
• ⁠ ⁠Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• ⁠ ⁠Semiconductor, cleanroom or industrial project experience is an advantage

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
