Job Description:

1. On-site Coordination and Execution

Assist the Project Manager in handling daily on-site operational matters.

2. Documentation and Reporting

Prepare daily work reports, organize visual materials (photos/videos), and compile summaries of work progress for submission to the client.

3. Quality and Safety Compliance Management

4. Logistics and Materials Management

5. Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and the company’s head office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the procurement of company products.

- Oversee company inventory.

- Provide training and guidance to frontline staff.

- Manage client follow-ups and the collection of client feedback.
