Work Location - Puchong Branch Address:

19 & 21-G-01, Pusat Perdagangan One Sunrise City, Jalan Puchong Mesra 3, Off Jalan Puchong, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct branch inventory and stock checks.
• Manage invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and stock transfer orders.
• Support the sales team with daily branch operations.
• Coordinate and assist with loading stock for lorry drivers.
• Create indoor service orders in the Caction System and follow up on their status with the logistics team.
• Ensure all documents are properly recorded/ kept, and data entered into the system is accurate.

What we're looking for:

• Possess a SPM, STPM or a Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics or any equivalent field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, invoicing, inventory, or clerical roles.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing, Purchase Orders (PO), and stock control.
• Able to handle stock checks and basic warehouse coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for stock tracking & reporting).
• Good communication skills and able to work with sales and logistics teams.
• This position will be based at the Sales Indoor Showroom Branch in Puchong.
• Salary offer will be based on relevant experience related to the role's requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
