Certification:Must possess a validBoilerman Certificate (Grade 1 or Grade 2)

Experience:Generally requires a background in facility, manufacturing, or cleaning/utility equipment maintenance.

Core Competencies: Ability to read, monitor, and manage boiler data while working under the "Leading Self" corporate leadership philosophy.

Operate Boiler Safely: Ensure the boiler is running safely and follow operating procedures.

Maintenance: Plan and perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot issues when needed.

Monitor Data: Keep track of the boiler's operating data.

Team Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure smooth production.

Safety: Focus on the safety aspects of steam boiler operation.

Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by your superior.
