• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or technical field.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Candidates must possess at least SPM

• Able to read and follow product manuals, safety instructions, and labels.

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Valid driving license B2 & D (GDL license is an added advantage).

• Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Planning

• Assist in coordinating fit-out and renovation projects for new outlet openings, refurbishments, and store upgrades

• Prepare and maintain project timelines, checklists, and progress trackers to ensure milestones are met

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, management) to gather requirements and align on project scope

• Support the preparation of fit-out briefs, floor plans, and layout requirements for contractors and designers

2. Contractor & Vendor Management

• Source, liaise, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and specialist trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, signage, etc.)

• Obtain and compare quotations; assist in preparing comparative cost summaries for approval

• Ensure contractors comply with agreed scope of work, timelines, and safety requirements on-site

• Follow up on material deliveries, installation schedules, and site readiness

3. Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and quality of workmanship

• Identify and report any defects, variations, or delays to the supervisor promptly

• Ensure fit-out works adhere to the company's brand guidelines, design specifications, and local authority requirements

• Coordinate defect rectification works and obtain sign-off upon project completion

4. Documentation & Administration

• Maintain proper documentation of all project-related records including contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence

• Track and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment claims from contractors and vendors

• Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and compliance documents (BOMBA, local council, etc.) where required

• Prepare post-project reports, cost summaries, and lessons learned documentation

5. New Outlet Opening Support

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the outlet is ready for handover (utilities connection, signage, fixtures, equipment installation)

• Assist in pre-opening checklists and snag list clearance before outlet launch

• Support the operations team during the transition from construction to live operations

7. Any Other Duties

• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the superior
