Minimum 1 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management. Experience in the heavy equipment, automotive, or spare parts industry is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of receiving, shelving, shipping, stock control, and inventory management processes.

Familiar with FIFO inventory practices and warehouse 5S standards. Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, shelving, shipping, and inventory management of spare parts.

Store and issue spare parts according to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle to ensure proper stock rotation.

Maintain accurate inventory records, storage location information, and warehouse documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.

Conduct regular and cycle stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and update inventory records promptly.

Prepare and process spare parts shipments according to approved delivery orders and company procedures.

Ensure proper storage and protection of spare parts by preventing rust, moisture, sunlight exposure, and physical damage while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.

Assist in resolving receiving, shipping, and inventory issues, and report abnormalities to the supervisor promptly.

Coordinate closely with the Spare Parts, Sales, Service, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Comply with warehouse policies, safety regulations, and company procedures while continuously improving operational efficiency.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Spare Parts Supervisor or Management.
