Position : Sales Executive – Agricultural Tools (Sickles, etc.)

Salary Range : RM3,000 – RM5,000

Are you a result-driven sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, developing new markets and working in the field?

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and grow sales of sickles and agricultural tools across rural, plantation and agricultural areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and sell sickles and agricultural tools to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors and farmers.

• Provide after-sales support and recommend suitable product solutions.

• Develop distribution channels in rural and plantation areas.

• Conduct product demonstrations, promotions and awareness campaigns.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Identify new business opportunities and recommend sales strategies.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and close sales deals.

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking activities.

• Provide regular sales updates and customer insights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, palm oil, plantation or related industries.

• No formal education requirement – sales performance, experience and results are valued.

• Able to analyse sales data and customer insights.

• Able to speak and write basic English OR communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented and target-driven.

• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

• Willing to travel extensively, especially to rural and semi-urban areas.

Experience selling to farmers, plantations, distributors or agricultural businesses will be an added advantage.
