Key Responsibilities

Follow logistics, pick-up, and delivery processes

Issue invoices for B2B clients

Coordinate with delivery drivers and resolve operational issues

Communicate with customers to ensure full satisfaction

Keep accurate track of warehouse stock

Pick & pack orders according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, store)

Receive and organise products in the warehouse

Communicate and cooperate closely with supervisors and co-workers

Handle basic desk/admin work as well as hands-on packaging tasks

Requirements

very good English (for logistics and customer service tasks)

Native Cantonese is a plus

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially basic Excel

Strong customer service and communication skills

Quick, practical problem-solving mindset

Comfortable with both desk work and light physical tasks (e.g., simple packaging, moving stock)

Highly organised, reliable, and able to work to tight schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
