Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Comfortable with data entry and handling administrative documents.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible when handling documents and payments.
Responsibilities
- Key in customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare proforma invoices, invoices, delivery orders, and sales sheets accordingly.
- Update and monitor customer payments in the system.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Provide customer service support and assist with customer enquiries when required.
- Ensure sales and customer records are properly updated and maintained.
