Qualifications: Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with full MMC registration.

Certification: Possession of a valid LCP in Aesthetic Medical Practice is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience, with a proven track record in aesthetic medicine.

Communication: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage to effectively consult with our diverse clientele.

Mindset: An entrepreneurial, "management-track" thinker with a polished, professional grooming standard.

Flexibility: Based in Klang Valley, with a willingness to support regional branches as needed and work on weekends/public holidays to meet patient demands.

Clinical Excellence: Deliver personalized aesthetic consultations and advanced procedures (injectables, energy-based devices, and regenerative treatments) in alignment with QL Clinic SOPs.

Patient Advocacy: Develop bespoke, long-term aesthetic plans that emphasize clinical eKicacy and a result oriented aesthetic approach.

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the senior management team to refine clinic growth strategies, improve clinic performance, and uphold medical compliance.

Mentorship: Act as a clinical lead, mentoring clinic oKicer and aesthetician to ensure a unified standard of care across our clinic or branches.

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent QL Clinic’s professional and sophisticated identity, contributing to the clinic’s scientific authority and personal branding.
