Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B technology sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and market research.
Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation concepts to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
Experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to specific market segments.
A Diploma in a relevant field is required, coupled with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in sales or business development.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for AI and digital transformation solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, market research, and networking within target industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored AI and digital solutions.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of EYCO AI's offerings.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successful closing of deals.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
