Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a supervisory, retail, outlet, or operations role.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, as communication with Mandarin-speaking customers or team members may be required.

Possess good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to handle daily tasks independently.

Able to assist in managing staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Willing to take on supervisory duties and responsibilities when required.

Assist in preparing reports and documentation.

Support the Supervisor in managing daily operations and staff.

Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet or department operations.

Take over supervisory duties when required.

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors or Management.
