Requirements
Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Media or any related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in property development will be an added advantage.
Must possess own transportation.
Required languages: Malay, English & Mandarin. Mandarin is preferred due to the role's frequent interaction and communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Manage social media platforms and support media campaigns.
Coordinate with advertising agencies and assist with marketing administration.
Conduct market research and gather market insights.
Perform other duties as assigned.
