Solar Time Hiring! Full Time Retail Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 + commission - Ricebowl

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Friendly, energetic, and confident in interacting with customers.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage). Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

1) Customer Experience

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.

• Create a welcoming environment and build long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

2) Product Knowledge

• Develop a strong understanding of watches across the brands.

• Stay informed about new arrivals and promotional activities.

Product and brand training will be provided to equip team members with the knowledge and confidence to represent Solar Time effectively.

3) Store Operations

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organisation.

• Support daily store opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure the boutique remains clean, organised, and inviting. Support store events, pop-ups, and brand activations when required.
