Ottomous AI Hiring! Full Time Account Manager (AI Product) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 9,000 - Ricebowl

Ottomous AI is looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager based in Malaysia to manage enterprise customers and support the successful delivery of AI and digital transformation projects across Malaysia and the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with enterprise clients in Malaysia.
• Act as the key point of contact throughout the client engagement and project lifecycle.
• Support sales pitches, proposals, tenders and RFP submissions.
• Understand client requirements and translate business needs into clear project scopes, requirements and deliverables.
• Project manage AI and digital projects from kick-off through implementation, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate closely with regional teams across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, including developers, AI engineers and product teams.
• Conduct product, solution and technical demonstrations for clients and prospective customers.
• Support solution configuration, UAT, QA, troubleshooting and pre-deployment testing.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, client feedback, risks and outstanding action items.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce additional Ottomous AI solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered professionally and clients have a strong overall experience working with Ottomous AI.

Requirements

• Experience managing enterprise-scale digital, software, technology or AI projects.
• Experience in account management, project management, client servicing, technology consulting or a related role.
• Comfortable conducting product and technical demonstrations.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interest and passion for AI and emerging technologies.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working with regional and cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia.
