Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and clerical work.
- Prepare documents, filing, and data entry.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist with purchasing, quotations, invoices, and documentation.
- Attend to walk-in customers and deal with the Sales Department.
- Support Accounts with administrative tasks when required.
