Proficient in Communication (English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin)
Minimum Education level Diploma in any disciplinary Or Above
Minimum 1 year working experience in similar industries / Sales industries/ b2b industries/Hospitality industries with solutions selling experience.
Work independently with minimal supervision
Able to accept extra task for the benefit of the company
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growthbyconverting leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp.
Build and nurture relationshipswith key accounts to identifyupsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
Exceed KPIs: Deliver 150+ connected calls/week, maintain 1 hour of talk time/day.
Pioneer new strategies: Use Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
