We are looking for a Programme Assistant to assist a public agency with training and course administration, and support related projects and initiatives.

• Up to $4,000 per month
• Oct 2026 - Jan 2027
• Lavender MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Support management in the planning, coordination and administration of training and Performing Arts courses, including trainer-related matters.
• Coordinate course logistics such as scheduling, participant registration, trainer arrangements, materials and other operational requirements to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Assist with the development and implementation of related projects, programmes and events, including coordinating timelines, resources and stakeholders.
• Liaise with trainers, partners and other stakeholders to follow up on deliverables.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in Event Support or Project Management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Possess knowledge and skills in social media platforms.
