Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a similar role.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Oversee and manage the execution of various events from conception to completion.

Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and budgets.

Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and logistical arrangements.

Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation and contract management.

Supervise on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.

Conduct post-event analysis, including budget reconciliation and performance reporting.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and drive attendance.
