Job Description

• To assist in managing, performing and checking day-to-day administrative works at the branch to sustain the operations management, regulatory reporting, accounting and finance, operational support, administrative and facilities services of the branch.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulations and act as a Compliance Officer for the branch.
• Process customer loan applications, KYC process, maintain customers information in system and attend to customer enquiry.
• Liaise with relevant department on loan documentation, loan release, rollover and other matters.
• Prepare periodic regulatory reporting and liaise with regulatory authority.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor Degree in finance, banking, accounting or equivalent from a reputable University.
• At least 3 years of experiences in sales administrative support role in Banking industry. Familiar with relevant rules & regulations and guidelines.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good interpersonal skill and time management skills.
• Capability of working independently.
• PC literate preferably in Windows Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, etc)
• Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin (both verbal and written).
