WE'RE HIRING — SERVICE CREW / WAITER/ CASHIER/ SUPERVISOR

Sweet Talk Dessert Arena Curve, Bayan Lepas

Location: 72-1-10, Arena Curve, Jalan Mahsuri, 11950 Bayan Lepas, Penang Foodpanda

Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,500/month
Salary will be offered according to experience, ability and responsibilities.

Working Hours:
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
OR
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

1-hour break
6 working days per week
1 rest day per week

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers politely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders accurately and explain menu items when required.
• Serve desserts, drinks and food to customers.
• Clear and clean tables promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders.
• Assist cashier/POS duties when required.
• Respond to customers' requests professionally.
• Follow company SOP, hygiene and food-safety requirements.
• Assist other team members during busy periods.

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible and punctual.
• Good customer-service attitude.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• Able to work either of the stated shifts.
• Reliable transportation, especially for the 11:00 PM closing shift.
• F&B experience is an advantage but fresh applicants are welcome.
• Able to communicate with customers and work well in a team.
• Food Handler Training Certificate and typhoid vaccination are preferred; candidates
• who do not yet have them must be willing to complete the required arrangements.
