Attend to walk-in customers, enquiries, and leads through WhatsApp, phone, and social media.

Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, budget, and space measurements.

Recommend suitable cabinet designs, materials, colours, accessories, and layouts.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and cabinet designs based on customer requirements.

Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess installation requirements.

Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

Negotiate pricing and close sales while following company policies.

Coordinate with designers, production teams, installers, and customers to ensure orders are completed smoothly.

Monitor project progress and update customers on delivery and installation schedules.

Handle customer questions, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales activities.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company sales performance.

Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Experience in sales, especially kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, renovation, or interior design, is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, friendly, and comfortable dealing with customers.

Able to negotiate and close sales.

Good understanding of basic measurements and cabinet layouts.

Able to use WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.

Knowledge of cabinet materials, hardware, and fittings is an advantage.

Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Able to work independently as well as with a team.

Target-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Able to work weekends or public holidays when required.
