We are looking for passionate and energetic Sales Associates to join our fashion retail team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and styling advice to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure merchandise is well displayed and store layout is neat and attractive.
• Support cashiering duties when required.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in retail or fashion sales is an added advantage.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
