EI Power Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to join our team for a data centre construction project in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

We welcome DOSH/JKKP registered SHO / Green Book holders with construction, M&E, engineering or data centre experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site safety and health activities.
• Conduct site safety inspections and identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH/JKKP, OSHA 1994, CIDB and project safety requirements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site inductions.
• Monitor workers, contractors and subcontractors on safety compliance.
• Prepare safety reports, inspection records and required documentation.
• Assist with HIRARC, Risk Assessment, Method Statements and Permit-to-Work.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
• Follow up on corrective actions and safety observations.
• Coordinate safety drills and emergency response activities.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, consultants and clients on safety matters.

Requirements

• Valid DOSH/JKKP registered SHO / Green Book.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or related projects.
• Construction / M&E / Data Centre experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of OSHA 1994, CIDB and site safety requirements.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently at site.
• Willing to work in Johor.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
