Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
2. Handle with customer complaints and inquiries.
3. Handle internal and external incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers. 4. Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes.
5. Provides customer additional information or explains services.
6. Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction.
7. Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public.
8. Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
9. Accurately captures customer information Creates and maintains service reports
10. Responsible dealing on CIT (Cash in Transit) with store manager.
11. Handling Harvey Norman Voucher (sell to customer if needed).
12. Comply all documentation of each department and send it thru ITN for Human Resources and Finance Department.
13. Completes forms, determines charges for service or merchandise requested, collects deposits, prepares order and delivery records and completes merchandise returns
