Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accounts Executive to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, good organizational skills and experience in handling daily accounting operations.

You will be responsible for supporting Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

2. 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

4. Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.

5. Experience with AutoCount accounting software is an advantage but not required.

1. Maintain proper records and documentation of day-to-day financial transactions.

2. Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment preparation and follow-ups.

3. Process invoices and expense claims, and ensure timely payments to vendors or other relevant parties.

4. Assist with month-end closing and preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.

5. Assist with basic account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.

6. Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as necessary
