Key Responsibilities:

• Support AWS cloud and infrastructure operations, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and hybrid on-premises integration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud workloads across AWS and other platforms such as Azure, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud to ensure availability, performance, and stability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Support backup, recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability (HA) configurations, including snapshot management, restore testing, Multi-AZ, Multi-Region, and load balancing.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Participate in 24x7 production support, incident management, and troubleshooting to meet operational SLAs.
• Support cloud security, governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and incident post-mortems.
• Contribute to cloud cost optimization, auto-scaling, and performance tuning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant AWS, cloud, infrastructure, backup, or disaster recovery certifications are an advantage.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in infrastructure operations across data centre and cloud environments.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud engineering and operations, preferably with strong AWS exposure.
• Financial industry experience is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and network operations across data centre and cloud environments.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, CDN, load balancing, clustering, email gateways, IPVPN, SFTP, and other enterprise infrastructure services.
• Hands-on experience in AWS cloud provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, and HA/DR operations.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, security controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or equivalent project and workflow management tools.
