Exposure And Support:

• Responsible for directing residential interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Act as the primary client liaison, translating their vision into innovative design solutions while managing expectations and presentations.
• Prepare and create design proposals, including Freehand sketching and 3D renderings.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

工作職責:

• 負責帶領住宅室內設計項目，涵蓋由初步構思至竣工交付之全過程；確保項目質素，並嚴格控制進度及預算。
• 作為與客人的主要溝通橋樑，將客人的要求轉化為創新的設計方案；負責設計提案及妥善管理客人期望。
• 準備及製作設計方案，包括手繪草圖及 3D 效果圖。
• 負責現場視察，並與工程團隊/判頭及供應商協調，確保工程進度及質素與設計一致。
• 處理其他獲指派之工作。

We’re looking for：

Work Experience:

• Degree/Certificate or above in Interior Design or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of managing projects independently from concept to completion.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
• Highly skilled in conducting accurate on-site measurements.

Communication & Soft Skills:

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, pitching, and sales-driven skills to promote services.
• Proactive, creative, and highly responsible problem-solver with a cheerful mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• 4+ years in residential and custom furniture design.
• Familiar with "one-stop interior design & construction" workflows.
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination, or advanced 3D rendering.
