Responsibilities
SHIOK BURGER is looking for a detail oriented and driven
Senior / Finance Executive
to support financial reporting, cost control and performance analysis across our outlets. You’ll track food and labour costs, help keep us GST compliant, support audits and work closely with our operations team to help the business run more efficiently.

. If you’re keen to learn and want to grow your career in F&B finance, we’ll give you hands-on training and room to take on more as you go. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Finance Executive role
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, on time
Analyse costs, sales and profitability, and share what you find
Prepare and present financial KPIs to support planning and day-to-day decisions
Manage food and beverage cost control, including inventory and waste
Monitor payroll, overtime and manpower allocation to keep labour costs efficient
Prepare financial forecasts in line with company goals
Make sure GST is reported accurately and filed on time
Work with auditors and support the annual audit
Maintain our accounting systems so the data stays accurate
Work with operations and other teams to improve financial processes and results
Handle other ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in F&B, restaurants, catering or hospitality is a plus but not required
Knowledge of Xero is an advantage, and we’ll provide training
Strong attention to detail, a good grasp of numbers and a willingness to learn
Immediate availability preferred
