GT-Max Construction Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Job Description:

• Supervise all site activities and monitor work progress to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure work quality is maintained and all safety regulations are strictly complied with.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements, and completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee daily site operations, including manpower and material arrangement.
• Understand and coordinate with other production or project processes to ensure overall workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or Head of Department (HOD) from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2- 3 years experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to join us.
• Able to read shop drawings, perform measurements, and carry out fitting works.
• Good understanding of welding techniques and principles.
• Able to meet assignment deadline.
• Hardworking, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel.
