Job Responsibilities

* Assist in the assembly, fabrication, installation and maintenance of agricultural and heavy machinery.

* Perform basic welding, cutting, grinding and metal fabrication work.

* Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components, hydraulic systems and machinery parts.

* Carry out machinery modification, fitting and assembly work according to technical specifications.

* Support production activities to ensure machinery is completed within the required timeline.

* Conduct basic quality inspections and machinery testing.

* Maintain tools, equipment and workplace cleanliness in accordance with safety procedures.

* Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Heavy Machinery, Automotive or related technical fields.

* Hands-on experience in heavy machinery maintenance, welding or metal fabrication is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of MIG/ARC welding, mechanical assembly and hydraulic systems is an advantage.

* Ability to use workshop tools and equipment safely.

* Fresh graduates with relevant industrial training experience are encouraged to apply.

* Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible and able to work in a team.

* Able to perform physically demanding workshop activities.
